Our mother recently passed away. The kindness, compassion, caring, and professionalism was above par at McCullough Raiguel. You gave us so much support during such a difficult time. The day of her funeral we had a horrible storm come through with freezing rain and very strong winds. You managed to help us get to the cemetery and made sure we all had umbrellas to her graveside. First of all I can't give enough praise for this funeral home! They have the most compassionate staff. When Dad passed away, the call was made and Mr. John Bever came straight to our house. He was the most caring person. We were falling apart and he had the right words to say to us! While making arrangements, we were walked through the process with ease. When we saw Dad at the viewing,we were totally amazed. Dad looked so good. We hadn't seen him look that good for over 2 years. I had recently had surgery and Mr. Bever made sure I was comfortable during the viewing and the funeral. They made sure to take care of Dads sister that is 91 yrs old. They are just amazing people and are very caring people. They were very accommodating with our entire family even down to the little kids. Mr. Noah Hinzman included our little 8 yr old in carrying his great pap paw to the grave site. I would recommend them to everyone in this area a million times over.

John and his staff went above and beyond to make one of the worst times in our life less painful. Every detail was exactly as we asked for it to be, and Dad looked so at peace. John himself checked on us several times to see if he could do anything else to assist us. They helped me unload the food out of the car for the family to have in the kitchen. They even let us have a short private visit for Dad’s beloved granddog. After the funeral, they delivered all the flowers and keepsakes to the house so we didn’t have to take them. I just can’t say enough good things about this funeral home. They have helped my family many times over the years and we are eternally grateful.

I recently lost my mother and knew that I wouldn’t have to worry about anything with her arrangements. They were wonderful during the whole process and made me feel like family. If you truly want caring and compassionate people then you are right where you belong with them. Not only have we trusted them with our family but we chose to use them for pet cremation also. No different service between the two. Above and beyond in getting what you need or would like. After the issues are done they still are in contact with you lending a helping hand also with your grief. They have also worked well with our monument group on getting the right military information for marker. Top notch people. If you choose them you done right.

Wow! What a great team they have. From the start we had a slight issue with the one funeral home up here ( in Ohio). But one phone call and Noah was on it and got my grandpa in good hand. Death is usually a difficult time. But they made the process very easy and stress free. I am shocked that they still offer payments as most places want the full amount that same day. From the bottom of the Holstine, Hughes and Koger families, thank you for making the hardest of days the easiest.
